Exciting news, as the first posts from this project are now being advertised.

A fully-funded, 3 year PhD studentship will be based at the SURF Centre,University of Salford.  This studentship will investigate how universities function as cultural intermediaries and is jointly supervised by Tim May and Beth Perry.  More details are here – please get in touch with either Beth or Tim.

The second position is a three year postdoctoral researcher position based at the University of Birmingham.  This is a grade 7 post, £27,428-£35,788.  The postholder will be responsible for the main tranche of data collection and analysis for the Birmingham case study, working across three different work packages for each of the three years in post.  The post will be on jobs.ac.uk between 4-18 July (please note very short turnaround!).  In the meantime, further particulars can be downloaded here and please get in touch with me, Phil Jones, to ask for details.

We will be advertising a second three year postdoctoral position at the University of Salford shortly.  There will also be a futher PhD studentship based at the University of Birmingham to be advertised in the autumn.
